Sabrina- Part 1 FILM {Chicago Maternity Photographer}

I decided to shoot a roll of film during Sabrina’s maternity session, and since film requires very little post work, I’ll whet your appetite for the digital photos with this little post full of the film I shot.

I must tell you the story…

This session is of Sabrina, who many of you know as my one and only sister.  On a day that I had a cold and I was so elegantly dressed in my bathrobe and slippers, I heard my door open and my sister and brother in law yell hello.  With no time to get pretty I ushered them upstairs and they handed me a photo.  The photo was of an ultrasound… which made me exclaim with joy obviously, but then Sabrina told me to turn the photo over and this is what I saw:

I started crying.  What a miracle.

When I decided to plan Sabrina’s maternity session, I thought it would be fitting to do something ultra soft and feminine.  Sabrina not only has two boys already (my beautiful nephews Hayden & Conner) but the doctor says the two on the way are boys too! lol  The outfit and boots were purchased from Rue 21, and the bouquet was my own creation.
